Self-Led Hands-on Field Trips Perfect for Growing Minds

Come explore and enjoy Spring on the Farm. Participate in over 40 activities in the Farmyard Play Area, visit the farm animals, and go for a wagon ride. Extend your learning and fun at school with your own Classroom Strawberry Planting Kits. Downey’s Farm will provide Strawberry Plants, Soil & Cups [students only] for the Teacher to bring back to school.
All school trips are self-led. Upon arrival and check-in, you will receive a map showcasing activities and learning spots where teachers and chaperones can easily guide their students through Plant Life Cycles, Bees, Animals Facts, and more! On the Wagon Ride, learn all about Strawberries.

Students: $14.00 + H.S.T.
Adults: 1 free adult for every 5 students
Additional Adults: $14.00 + H.S.T.
Minimum 20 people required for Group Rates.
All students must remain under the supervision of at least one adult at all times
Teachers and School Volunteers are responsible for the supervision of their students.

Payment must be made on the day of your trip upon arrival. Payment can be made with VISA/MC, debit or school cheque.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reserved field trip time to ensure plenty of time for your class to get checked in for your day.
On arrival, please check near the base of our silo in the farm store courtyard.
Picnic Tables are available around the farm for eating lunch.
