Here is an overview of what you can expect during your visit:
Farm Store
- Our staff are only allowing the legislated number of persons into the Farm Market at a time resulting in a line that is attended to by our staff.
- There is signage and foot markets to remind visitors to wear their masks and maintain social distance.
- Masks must be worn while in line and in store.
- A ticket is not required to enter the Farm Store.
Cleaning Procedures
- Our cleaning team is dedicated to ensure a fun, safe, and clean experience while on our farm.
- We are using approved disinfectant products at a frequency that exceeds Public Health guidelines, to ensure we are providing the safest environment to our guests.
- We are focusing on cleaning any high touch areas such as door handles, frequently travelled pathways and surrounding.
Play Area Admissions/Check in Procedure
- All guests must wear a mask while waiting in line, check-in and while receiving a wristband.
- Once guests have received a wristband and are in the Play Area, guests do not have to wear a mask unless 6 feet distance cannot be maintained.
Pumpkin Patch
- No tickets are required for Pumpkin Patch Area
- If busy, a line will be formed and a staff will monitor time spent in this area.
- There are no pre-bookings required. Expect long line-ups on weekends.
- Wearing a mask while in line is suggested.
Farmyard Play Area
- In 2021, we are operating our business at a reduced capacity, adhering to government guidelines. This will ensure that all guests feel safe and satisfied during their visit.
- All of our guests must purchase their tickets online at www.downeysfarm.com. There are no walk-up / on-site tickets available for purchase in 2021. We have a limited number of tickets available for each day.
- Tickets are only available in 15 minutes increments to allow for social distancing. Please arrive within 15 minutes of your time frame. You will be admitted if late as we understand traffic may pose a challenge however, we will not admit guests earlier than 20 minutes prior to their booking time.
Downey's Farm strives to ensure the health and safety of all its visitors, staff and animals. Please know that we have made updates based on guidance from health authorities and appropriate government agencies. It may be different from the last time you visited but we know that together we can play and have fun in a safe environment.

While cash is still accepted, debit/credit are preferred.

Wear masks when distancing is not possible.

Employees receive daily wellness checks to ensure they are healthy and symptom-free.

Vigorous cleaning procedures before, during & after opening.
Healthy
Please visit only when healthy - if you have a fever or other symptoms of COVID-19, or have been exposed to someone who tested positive, please stay home.
Six Feet
Please keep 6 ft between your group and others.
Wash Hands
Use hand sanitizer and/or wash hands frequently.
