Our new house blend for 2020 is made up of more that 85% Merlot with a hint of Baco Noir.  Together they produce a full bodied full flavoured wine that lingers on the palate.

Merlot’s softness coupled together with Baco Noir’s notes of cherry and smoke creates a flavour of mixed berries & plums.  Together it is a refreshing & persistent finish.

Very versatile for pairings. Try serving with prime rib, pork shops, or roast lamb.
